Tucson Improv Movement’s Corporate Training Program can help your team quickly adapt and innovate—because working without a script is what we do best!

We focus on team building and communication workshops for businesses, non-profit organizations, campaigns, schools, and educational or social groups. We translate the basic skills applied to improvisational performance to boost team building, problem solving, public speaking, listening, collaboration and/or idea generating.  Our trained facilitators create a fun and engaging atmosphere where your team members can learn on their feet!

What Can Improv do for your Team?

BOOST MORALE AND PREVENT ISOLATION

With everyone struggling in this difficult time, we know a lot of companies are looking for “fun first” activities. Improv exercises encourage co-workers to connect with one another and build trust. When people relax into challenges and open themselves to new ways of interacting, they can achieve remarkable results. We foster team building in a way that’s fun, engaging, and truly effective.

COMMUNICATE BETTER

Improv-based workshops help participants better communicate in the moment, more authentically, and through high-pressure situations. Improv exercises strengthen listening and empathy skills, they raise awareness of nonverbal dynamics, and they build public speaking confidence. Our trainings help transform participants from being nervous to confidently taking the spotlight.

SPARK CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION

How much is a good idea worth to you, your team, and your clients and stakeholders? The daily grind can condition us to distrust and dismiss our creative impulses. Our exercises in spontaneity share tactics that let you not only respect your impulses, but also make the most of them. We help your team find a whole new way to draw out and build on one another’s brilliance.

Past Clients

We have been working all over Tucson, putting the fun into corporate training.  TIM has worked with Raytheon, multiple units at the University of Arizona, the UA's Commission for the Status of Women, Ventana Medical Group, and even NCAA referees, to name a few.

TIM’s seminar was one of the most fun and insightful exercises that I have been to. I did not expect it to change the way I work or operate, but I find myself saying “yes … and” in my head all the time. This new mind set as improved my relationships with my team and affected all the other relationships in my everyday life in a positive way.

Thank you again for an awesome team building experience! You took the “stage fright” right out of us and made it a fun experience.
